Accessibility Statement

A woman looking for help should not be stopped by a website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines at level AA.

What we have done

• Every page has one main heading and a heading structure you can navigate with a screen reader.
• Icon only controls, including the social links and the search box, carry text labels that a screen reader can read aloud.
• Colour contrast is measured rather than guessed. Body text, headings and buttons meet or exceed the AA threshold.
• The site works at 320 pixels wide and up, and does not scroll sideways.
• Every image carries alternative text.
• The Quick Exit control is the first thing in the page and can be reached by keyboard before anything else.

Known gaps

Some headings inside the page builder skip a level, which can make navigation by heading less predictable than it should be. We are working on it.
