Your Information and Your Rights

Last reviewed August 2026.

This page explains, in plain language, what you can ask us to do with information about you. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we hold and why.

You can ask to see it

You can ask what we hold about you and we will send it to you, in a form you can read, within thirty days. There is no charge.

You can ask us to change it

If something we hold is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. This matters more than it sounds. A wrong address or a wrong phone number in a case file can send a message to the wrong place.

You can ask us to delete it

You can ask us to delete everything, at any time, and we will do it without asking you to explain. The only records we keep after that are the ones the law requires us to keep, such as financial records where you have received a grant, and those are stripped of anything identifying you where that is possible.

You can ask us to stop

You can tell us to stop contacting you, or to contact you only in one specific way, at one specific time, and we will follow it exactly. If the safest thing is that we never call and only ever send a message on a particular day, say so and that is what we will do.

How to ask

Use the contact page, or call the support line. You do not need to use any special wording. Saying delete everything you have about me is enough.

If you are not satisfied

Tell us first and give us the chance to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, and doing so does not affect the support you receive from us.
